Description

An early and original vintage 1970s floral print cheesecloth dress. Super on trend and very typical of the era, the dress has sadly lost its label but is likely to have retailed in a high street boutique or quality department store. The notable print design is a delightful floral pattern that from a distance looks like it has been stitched into the textured and natural cotton cheesecloth fabric. The colours are wonderful and earthy in muted purples and orange. Very versatile boho style, the dress has an elasticated waist and cuffs with purple piping contrasting trim. The dress is in excellent, gently worn vintage condition with no faults of any note. There is some give at the waist line and the top portion of the dress is quite roomy in comparision to the waist. The skirt gently flares out to around knee length. This dress is adaptable and will fit a range of UK sizes from 6 to small 10 or US sizes 2-6.
